tasty selection good location steep steps tricky codes
The breakfast was lovely! a tasty selection arrived to the room each morning. The location was pretty good for access to Holyrood Park. i am pleased.
The steps to the room posed a little challenge when carrying luggage. MOST places include lifts. I struggled somewhat with the codes. It took a moment to turn the door knob just right while entering the code.

i had a single room private bathroom and it suited my needs perfectly. the provided tea and coffee were a real treat. the breakfast was a great start to my day, with tasty options (the croissants were divine!). the bus stop was just a short walk away, so getting around was simple.
My room was quite small, something to consider if you have lots of luggage. the walls seemed a bit thin. i could hear noises from other rooms (i brought earplugs, luckily!). the shower had low water pressure. I would have loved a more powerful stream.

the staff was very friendly. the hotel itself was very clean. breakfast was good and served daily. the hospitality was amazing
the manager got quite rude with me. i turned up to the hotel early. i had to leave my camera equipment out in the open.

Breakfast was delivered to my room exactly on time each morning. The breakfast was very delicious and I enjoyed it. The filter coffee available in the room was also appreciated. The location is close to Holyrood Park.
I noticed that the room was quite small. The ensuite bathroom looked a bit dated. The room could benefit from some updates. I found the space somewhat limited.

Clean and Quiet Stay
clean room quiet location
The room was bright and clean. Breakfast was brought to my room , and I appreciated that service. I found the key pad system helpful as I didn't worry about losing keys. The location was quiet and outside the busy town.

The location was excellent. It was a short walk to the bus stops. My room included fluffy pillows and a comfortable bed. The breakfast was delivered each morning at my preferred time.
